Type: Long-Term Contract

Pay: $23-$25/hr.

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our clients team on a long-term contract basis.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Manage and organize office files, documents, and correspondence.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Support team members with various tasks and projects as assigned.
  • Ensure a clean and organized office environment.
